- 19. Discussion and possible action regarding appointing Rochelle Gray as a Trustee of the Oklahoma County Criminal Justice Authority. Her term would begin on January 17, 2024, to fill the remainder of Ben Brown’s term. Requested by Brian Maughan, Chairman, Board of County Commissioners.

- 20. Discussion and possible action to approve a Records Digitization Agreement between the Oklahoma County Board of County Commissioners (on behalf of the Oklahoma County Court Clerk) and Business Imaging Systems, Inc. All work to be performed has been procured through the State Contract Number SW1013B. Total cost during the contract period is $288,000. The term of agreement is January 1, 2024, through June 30, 2024. Purchase Order No 27 has been issued to Business Imaging Systems in the amount of $288,000. Requested by Oklahoma County Court Clerk Rick Warren. The Contract has been reviewed and approved by the District Attorney’s Office.

- 21. Discussion and possible action to temporarily relocate Court Services employees to 2nd floor Law Library and 5th floor offices in the Oklahoma County Courthouse. This item requested by Grant Billingsley, Court Services.
- 35 Engineering
- 22. Discussion and possible action to approve the Agreement for Services between Smith-Roberts Land Services Inc. and the Board of County Commissioners regarding acquisition services for the new Adult Detention Center Campus. The total amount of the agreement shall not exceed Two Hundred and Two Thousand Dollars and No/100 ($202,000.00). Requisition No.12404361 has been issued from Jail Bond Fund contingent upon encumbrance of funds. Requested by Stacey Trumbo, PE, County Engineer
