- 12. Discussion and possible action regarding the Donation from the Oklahoma Family Law Section for the Law Library to purchase two small refrigerators for the Lactation Rooms in the Oklahoma County Courthouse Complex. One located in the County Annex building located on the first floor and one located in the Oklahoma County Courthouse located on the second floor near the Law Library. Requested by District One, on behalf of Venita Hoover.

Discussion and possible action regarding a Specific Mutual Cooperation Agreement between the City of Del City and Oklahoma County pursuant to Title 69, O.S. § 603, Title 11, O.S. § 36 for reconstruction, repair, and/or improvements of South Bryant Avenue from SE 29th Street to SE 44th Street, within the municipal boundaries of the City of Del City. Upon completion of the project and receipt of invoicing from the County, Municipality shall reimburse the County for all material, surveys, and subcontractors in an amount not to exceed One Hundred Thirty-Three Thousand Five Hundred Fifty-Seven Dollars and Thirty-Eight Cents ($133,557.38). This agreement covers half of the project and a separate Agreement with the City of Oklahoma City will cover the other half. This Agreement shall become effective upon signature of both parties and shall terminate on June 30, 2024. Approved as to form and legality by Aaron Etherington, Assistant District Attorney. - 18. Discussion and possible action regarding the FY 2023-24 Agreement between the Board of County Commissioners and the Oklahoma County Diversion Hub to provide assistance with basic IT needs. This agreement is to be effective from January 31, 2024 through June 30, 2024. This item is requested by Dayne Coffey, Director, Information Technology, and has been approved as to form and legality by Aaron Etherington, Assistant District Attorney.

- 19. Discussion and possible action regarding Resolution No. 2024-0360 to amend or not amend the zoning as provided in Title 19 O.S.,§868.16 on a tract of land from R-2 - Rural Residential District to R-1 - Acreage Residential District (Z-2023-10). The applicant proposes to change the zoning to develop a 75 lot subdivision on approximately 151.33 acres. The Oklahoma County Planning Commission has recommended denial during a public meeting on January 18, 2024. Written protests against the amendment, signed and acknowledged by the owners of twenty percent (20%) of the frontage within one thousand (1,000) feet to the right or left of the frontage proposed to be changed, were filed with the County Planning Commission. This amendment may not be passed except by the favorable vote of all members of the Board of County Commissioners. The property is located at the southwest corner of MacArthur Blvd. and NW 234th St./Sorghum Mill Rd. (County Highway District #3). - 21. Discussion and Possible action regarding approval to apply to the Oklahoma Highway Safety Office the Administrator of the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration Funds. This application is for continued funding of two deputy/instructors for the Rollover/SIDNE, Distracted Driver programs. The award will also include overtime for deputies working traffic safety, occupant safety and DUI enforcement in Oklahoma County in an effort to continue reduction of injuries and deaths on Oklahoma County roadways. The application Funding is also provided for In-State and Out-of-State travel, replacement vehicle, and operating costs. The application will be completed online by the Captain David Baisden and certified by the Chairman of the Board of County Commissioners. The final award and contract will be submitted to the board for final approval as this is just an application to apply for funding. Discussion and Possible action regarding approval to accept a grant award by and between the City of Oklahoma City and the County of Oklahoma County whereas the United States Department of Justice - Justice Assistance Grants (JAG) Program FY 2023 award number O=BJA-2023-171790. This agreement states the City of Oklahoma City will waive their 10% of the funds for administrating the grant. Oklahoma City will receive $298,165.00, Del City will receive $12,725.00, Midwest City will receive $12,326.00, Edmond will receive $9,439.00 and the County of Oklahoma County $186,104.00. The Sheriff’s Office will utilize the funds in the same manner as the previous JAG funds to support Law Enforcement Purposes. The funds are required to be spent by September 30th, 2025.
