- 18. Discussion and possible action to approve Resolution accepting the donation of outdoor digital billboard usage by the County Assessor for public service announcements. Requested by Larry Stein, Oklahoma County Assessor, and approved as to form and legality by Aaron Etherington, ADA.

- 19. Discussion and possible action regarding the publishing of the Annual Oklahoma County Payroll records as required by Title 19, O.S. 2001 § 444. It shall be the mandatory duty of the Board of County Commissioners to be caused to be published a full and complete report of all the County employees and their salaries paid annually. This item was requested by Kristi Rey, Payroll Director for County Clerk.
- 20. Discussion and possible action for the Board Of County Commissioners to review and approve the Purchasing Agent’s recommendation regarding a Sole Source Purchase Kevlar Fiber Asphalt Mix/Application. Requested by Chantel Boso, Director of Purchasing.

- 22. Discussion and possible action regarding approval or denial of Resolution No. 2024-0630 accepting the Final Plat of Patnaude Hill as provided in Oklahoma Statutes, Title 19, §868.8. This final plat was approved by the Planning Commission on February 15, 2024. The plat consist of four (4) lots that encompass forty (40) acres. All lots are five (5) acres or greater in size. The subject property is located on the northeast corner at the intersection of Dobbs Rd. and Wilshire Blvd. in County Commissioner District 2. Requested by Erik Brandt, Principal Planner and approved as to form and legality by Aaron Etherington, Assistant District Attorney.

- 23. Discussion and possible action regarding a recommendation from to proceed with the remodel of the 8th floor jury deliberation area above Judge Stalling's courtroom not to exceed $25,000. The Court Fund and Facilities Budget's will be the source of funding. Requested By Infrastructure Committee.

Discussion and possible action regarding recommendation to declare the property known as the Social Services Building located at 7401 NE 23rd, Oklahoma City, OK 73141 as surplus and no longer needed for county purposes with the intent to transfer the property to the Oklahoma County Public Authority; directing the County Engineer and Facilities Director to proceed as instructed.
