- 16. Discussion and possible action to approve Resolution No. 2024-1984 to amend or not to amend the zoning as provided in Title 19 O.S.,§868.16 on tracts of land from R-2 - Rural Residential District to Planned Unit Development (PUD-2024-02). The Planned Unit Development will allow the applicant to develop the property for commercial and residential uses on approximately 209.82 acres. Tract 1 - 4 residential tracts of 2 acres or larger, encompassing approximately 11 acres, Tract 2 - 182 residential lots that are half-acre in size or slightly larger, encompassing approximately 180 acres, Tract 3 - Commercial - Limited tract of land that is located on the southwest corner of the intersection of Meridian Ave. and NW 220th St., encompassing approximately 19 acres. The Oklahoma County Planning Commission has recommended denial during a public meeting on April 18, 2024. The tracts of land are located on the southwest corner of the intersection of Meridian Ave. and NW 220th St. (County Highway District #3). Discussion and possible action to approve the contract between the Association of Central Oklahoma Governments (ACOG) and Oklahoma County for Rural Economic Action Plan Funds (REAP) for 2024 REAP grant T4-2024-6 in the amount of $109,000. Funding will be utilized for the reconstruction of Wilshire Blvd. from Indian Meridian Rd. to Triple X Rd. in District 1. Requested by Erik Brandt, Principal Planner and approved as to form and legality by Lisa Endres, Assistant District Attorney.

Discussion and possible action to approve the contract between the Association of Central Oklahoma Governments (ACOG) and Oklahoma County for Rural Economic Action Plan Funds (REAP) for 2024 REAP grant T4-2024-7 in the amount of $80,000. Funding will be utilized to assist the Town of Arcadia with the mill and overlay of Danforth between Westminister and Division in District 3. Requested by Erik Brandt, Principal Planner and approved as to form and legality by Lisa Endres, Assistant District Attorney.

Discussion and possible action to approve the contract between the Association of Central Oklahoma Governments (ACOG) and Oklahoma County for Rural Economic Action Plan Funds (REAP) for 2024 REAP grant E3-2024-12 in the amount of $95,000. Funding will be utilized to assist the Town of Luther with the maintenance of their sewer infrastructure with the acquisition of a new high-pressure jetter. This project will significantly improve the operation efficiency of their sewage treatment plant.
