Discussion and possible action regarding Resolution No. 2024-4026 from August 21, 2024 which declared the following properties surplus to the needs of the county and, pursuant to 19 O.S. ⸹349, execute a Quit Claim Deed to the Oklahoma Industries Authority in exchange for a sum of Three Hundred Ninety Thousand Dollars ($390,000.00), for the described real property: A tract of land lying in the Southwest (SW/4) of Section Thirteen (13), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Two (2) West of the Indian Meridian Oklahoma County, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, described as follows;Commencing at the Southwest corner of the Southwest Quarter (SW/4); Thence North and parallel with the West Boundary line of said (SW/4) for a distance of 329.24 feet;Thence East and parallel to the South Boundary line of said (SW/4) for a distance of 60.00 feet; to the Point of Beginning;Thence North and parallel to the West Boundary line of said (SW/4) a distance of 330.00 feet;Thence East and parallel to the South Boundary line of said (SW/4) a distance of 268.77’ feet; Thence South and parallel to the West Boundary line of said (SW/4) a distance of 330.00’ feet; Thence West and parallel to the South Boundary line of said (SW/4) a distance of 268.80’ feet to the Point of Beginning. - 18. Discussion and possible action regarding the agreement with Dell FInancial Services L.L. C. This is to lease equipment from Dell and is on state contract (SW1020D). We just need a signature on the lease agreement schedule. This item is requested by Dayne Coffey, Director, Information Technology.

- 19. Discussion and possible action related to the application for funds through the Oklahoma State Department of Education (OSDE) Equipment Assistance Grant. Through the Consolidated Appropriations Act $30 million dollars was authorized to help support participants of the National Student Lunch Program (NSLP). Oklahoma has been allotted $128,945.00 to help in purchasing equipment needed to serve healthier meals that meet the updated meal patterns, with emphasis on serving more fruits and vegetables in meals, including items purchased locally, improving food safety, and expanding access. The online application will be completed and submitted by Nikkiey Morton, Oklahoma County Grants Administrator and certified by the Chairperson of the Board of County Commissioners, if applicable. The application must be submitted by 4:30 p.m. Friday, November 1, 2024. Requested by Nikkiey Morton, Oklahoma County Grants Administrator.

Discussion and possible action regarding a Service Agreement between the Board of County Commissioners of Oklahoma County on behalf of the Oklahoma County Sheriff's Office and Saltus Technologies, LLC, providing electronic ticket writing software as a service, not to exceed $38,160.00. Discussion and possible action regarding the authorization for the chairman to sign the agreement between ImageNet Consulting and the BOCC for the Oklahoma County Treasurer, to provide imaging services. Services in relation to this contract are made available to the County through Statewide Contract SW#10131. The effective dates of the agreement will be from July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025. Requisition No. 12502853 has been issued to ImageNet Consulting in the amount of $108,162.00.
