- 2. Discussion and possible action to regarding fingerprint system installation and software and fingerprint reporting. Requested by Brandi Garner, Chief Executive Officer.
- 3. Discussion and possible action for Election of Chairman and Vice-Chairman for Calendar Year 2025.
- 4. Approval of invoices and claims list for January 13, 2025, with discussion and actions as desired by the Authority. List available for inspection in the office of the Oklahoma County Criminal Justice Authority Secretary, Room 201, Oklahoma County Office Building.
- 5. Discussion and possible action to receive, approve or further consider a presentation from Hinkle & Company, PC regarding the annual financial audit and determine possible further action, including instructions to staff, based upon the audit report. Presented by Kirk Vanderslic
- 6. Receive, accept and discuss report by Chief Executive Officer Brandi Garner and/or those persons designated by her, regarding operation of and improvements for the Oklahoma County Detention Center, which may include personnel recruitment initiatives,Oklahoma State Health Department matters, the housing of juveniles, medical procedures and matters, budgetary and financial matters, plans for improvement of operation of the Oklahoma County Detention Center, and regarding enhanced use of release ofdetainees through the Medical Own Recognizance Program, with possible actions as desired by the Authority.
- 7. Receive, accept, and discuss report by Chief Financial Officer Chris Sherman regarding income statements, financial reports, and current budget for Oklahoma County Criminal Justice Authority, with possible actions as desired by the Authority.
- 8. Discussion and possible action to receive a presentation from Hinkle & Company, PC regarding the annual financial audit and determine possible further action, including instructions to staff, based upon the audit report. Presented by Kirk Vanderslice, CPA.
- 9. Report regarding meetings of the Oklahoma County Criminal Justice Authority Citizens Advisory Board, with discussion and possible acceptance and other actions as desired by the Authority.
- 10. Announcement: Next Regularly Scheduled Meeting of the Oklahoma County Criminal Justice Authority in 2025 is on February 10,, 2025 , or as otherwise scheduled or held in accordance with the Oklahoma Open Meetings Act.

To enter into Executive Session pursuant to 25 OS §307(B) (4) to engage in confidential communications between the public body and its attorney concerning a pending investigation, action or claim and possible action to respond to or litigate with the Oklahoma Department of Health regarding its findings regarding OCDC during the unlawful unannounced four day inspection of December 2024 where on advice of counsel the board has determined that disclosure will seriously impair the ability of the public body to process the claim or conduct a pending investigation, litigation, or proceeding in the public interest. Requested by Rod Heggy.
