- 16. Discussion and possible action regarding a food drive in the County Annex Building to support the Neighbors Nourishing Neighbors campaign for the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma from September 15, 2025 to September 26, 2025. Bins for dry goods and canned goods will be placed on floors 2,3,4 and 6. Requested by Paul Foster, Chief Deputy, District 3.

Discussion and possible action to temporarily assign Commissioner Brian Maughan as Chairman of the Oklahoma County Board of County Commissioners until such time as Commissioner Myles Davidson may be cleared of any allegations filed against him with the Cleveland County District Court. Upon completion, Commissioner Davidson will be reinstated to the Chairman's position. Requested by Myles Davidson, Chairman of the Board.

Discussion and possible action to temporarily assign Commissioner Jason Lowe to the board of Circuit Engineering District 5 until such time as Commissioner Myles Davidson may be cleared of any allegations filed against him with the Cleveland County District Court. Upon completion, Commissioner Davidson will be reinstated to the board. Requested by Myles Davidson, Chairman of the Board.

- 19. Discussion, review, and possible action regarding the FY 2026 Annual Fire Equipment Agreement between Oklahoma County and the City of Spencer/Spencer Fire Department. This Agreement, as reviewed by the Oklahoma County District Attorney's Office, commences upon signature by the Oklahoma County Board of County Commissioners and ends on June 30, 2026.
