- 20. Discussion and possible action regarding a Specific Assistance Agreement between the City of Nicoma Park and Oklahoma County Board of County Commissioners pursuant to Title 11, O.S. § 33-101, § 33-102, § 33-103 and Title 19, O.S. § 931 and § 934 for clearing, grubbing, and dirt work for future walking trails of the Nicoma Park Municipal Park, a public park, wholly owned by the City of Nicoma Park and located on land owned by the City of Nicoma Park. County agrees to incur an amount not to exceed $65,325.72 for the project. Upon completion, District 1 General Fund shall reimburse District 1 Highway Cash for a certain amount of labor and equipment in an amount not to exceed $16,092.01. Requisition No. 12605877-00. Nicoma Park shall reimburse District 1 Highway Cash for the remaining amount of labor,equipment, and the full amount of material costs associated with this project, not to exceed $50,000.00. Discussion and possible action regarding an Agreement for Specific Assistance between the City of Nichols Hills and the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) to repair a portion of road belonging to the municipality located at Drakestone Avenue. The estimated cost of materials is not to exceed $71,519.53, of which the City of Nichols Hills will reimburse the county 100% for the actual cost of materials. - 23. Discussion and possible action to approve an Agreement between the Board of County Commissioners and Outcomes Operating, Inc. for the pharmacy operating system. This agreement shall begin on April 1, 2026, and end on June 30, 2026. Agreement is not to exceed $10,378. Requisitions 12605815, 12605816 & 12605796. - 24. Discussion and possible action regarding an Amendment and Extension Agreement between the Oklahoma County Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) and the Oklahoma County Public Defender’s Office (Contractor). The parties have mutually agreed to modify the term of their original Agreement for Services entered on April 10, 2024, including any subsequent amendments thereto. This Amendment and Extension Agreement will allow the Contractor to continue to utilize subcontractors for the provision of services outlined in the approved agreements between the BOCC and ODMHSAS and provide for the continuation of services for the fiscal year 2025-2026, subject to availability of the funds in the OK County Community Safety Investment Fund (6047) Voucher Account. The amendment includes the remaining funds from Fiscal Year 2024-2025, Two Hundred Twenty-Six Thousand One Hundred Fifty-Seven Dollars and Eighty-Four Cents ($226,157.84) and an amount not to exceed Two Million Two Hundred Thirty-Four Thousand Five Hundred Sixty-Three Dollars and Fifty Cents ($2,234,563.50) received in Fiscal Year 2025-2026. The Amendment and Extension Agreement will extend the terms of the original Agreement dated April 10, 2024, and any subsequent amendments thereto for a period of 12 months commencing on July 1, 2025, and ending on June 30, 2026.
