- 1. Discussion and possible action regarding the recommendations from the Budget Evaluation Team (BET) on the FY 2026-27 General Fund Revenue Projections in an amount not to exceed $163,252,323.00. Requested by Cody Compton, Chairman of the Budget Evaluation Team.
- 2. Discussion and possible action regarding a follow up recommendation from the Budget Evaluation Team (BET) requesting the Oklahoma County Criminal Justice Authority (CJA/OCDC) provide itemized invoices for the supplemental funds that were appropriated to General Government 1001-110 to pay invoices regarding the supplemental funds appropriated for Oklahoma County Criminal Justice Authority (CJA) for the 2025-2026 fiscal year, utilizing JUUL Settlement and JUUL Interest funds in the amount of $328,494.31 and General Fund Reserve (One-Time Funds) in the amount of $$4,662,229.69., for a total supplement amount not to exceed $4,990,724.00. It was previously approved by the Budget Board on March 31, 2026, under the following resolutions. Requested by Cody Compton, Chairman of the Budget Evaluation Team. - Resolution 2026-0922 for $1,266,914.00 - Resolution 2026-0923 for $1,059,304.69 - Resolution 2026-0924 for $2,336,011.00 - JUUL Settlement & Interest for $328,494.31

Discussion and possible action regarding the authorization of the Oklahoma County Board of Equalization to meet in Special Session between May 31, 2026 and no later than July 31, 2026 to hear and adjudicate protests on an as needed basis. 68 O. S. Sec 2863. Requested by Clerks of the Board, Office of the County Clerk.
