  13. 6. Discussion and possible action to approve a journal entry to reconcile financial records to reclassify a payroll expense from a fiscal year 2026 expense to a fiscal year 2025 expense. The reclassification is necessary to correct a fiscal year 2025 payroll expense for the last ten days of June 2025 that was paid in July 2025.   14. 7. Discussion and possible action to approve a journal entry to reconcile financial records and reclassify miscellaneous receipts for Fiscal Years 2021 through 2023. The reclassification is necessary to align accounting records with bank statements and County Treasurer records in the amount of $49,853.67. Although these receipts were previously reconciled between the Treasurer's Office and Bank of Oklahoma, they were not properly reflected in the Detention Center’s accounting system. Approval of this journal entry will bring Detention Center accounting records into balance with the corresponding bank and County Treasurer records.
