Discussion and possible action regarding an Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Agreement between the Board of County Commissioners of Oklahoma County and the Deer Creek Fire Protection District to provide emergency medical services and transport to persons located within the unincorporated areas of Oklahoma County District 3.The term of the agreement is from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027 in an amount not to exceed $150,000.00. This amount will be paid by Oklahoma County District 3. Approved as to form and legality by Lisa Endres, ADA. Requested by Paul Foster, Interim Commissioner, District 3.

- 10. Discussion and possible action regarding the Service Agreement between the Board of County Commissioners, on behalf of Oklahoma County Juvenile Bureau, and Hobart Service. Hobart Service will perform repair, maintenance, and/or inspection services on the door type dish machine. Requisition 12700120 in the amount of $4,539 has been issued to ITW Food Equipment Group LL (DBA Hobart Service). The Service Agreement shall be effective August 1, 2026, through July 31, 2027. - 11. Discussion and possible action regarding to approve or deny Resolution No. 2026-2957 accepting the Final Plat of Duncan Hill, pursuant to Title 19, §868.8 of the Oklahoma Statutes. This Final Plat (FP-2024-08) was approved by the Planning Commission on August 15, 2024. The plat includes four (4) lots encompassing approximately ten (9.51) acres. The subject property is located 400 feet south of Reno Ave. on the west side of Peebly Rd., in County Commissioner District 2. Requested by Erik Brandt, Principal Planner, and approved as to form and legality by Lisa Endres, Assistant District Attorney.

- 12. Discussion and possible action regarding Resolution No. 2026-3248 to amend or not amend the zoning as provided in Title 19 O.S.,§868.16 on a tract of land from R-1 - Acreage Residential District to Planned Unit Development (PUD-2026-01). The applicant proposes to change the zoning to develop a single-family subdivision on approximately 148 acres. The Oklahoma County Planning Commission has recommended approval during a public meeting on July 16, 2026. The property is located at the northeast corner of MacArthur Blvd. and NW 206th St./Covell Rd. (County Highway District #3). Requested by Erik Brandt, Principal Planner and approved as to form and legality by Lisa Endres, Assistant District Attorney.

Discussion and possible action regarding approval or denial of Resolution No. 2026-3263 to accept the replat of Deer Creek Hills III, Lots 3 and 4, Block 9.The applicant is proposing a lot line adjustment to ensure that trees planted along the west side of the property remain entirely within their property boundaries and do not potentially extend onto the adjacent property.The adjustment is intended to prevent future ownership disputes, consistent with the provisions of Oklahoma Statutes, Title 19, § 868.8.This replat (RE-2026-01) was approved by the Planning Commission on July 16, 2026.The subject property is located at 6033 & 6075 Whitetail Dr. in County Commissioner District 3.Requested by Erik Brandt, Principal Planner and approved as to form and legality by Lisa Endres, Assistant District Attorney.

Discussion and possible action regarding a share agreement between the Oklahoma County Sheriff’s Office and the Oklahoma County District Attorney’s Office related to civil asset forfeiture cases. The agreement shall become effective August 1,2026. Requested by Tommie Johnson III, Oklahoma County Sheriff.

Discussion and possible action regarding a professional services contract, on behalf of the Oklahoma County Sheriff’s office, in an amount not to exceed Forty Eight Thousand Dollars ($48,000.00) with Edwards Capitol Partners.
