- 1 "Official action can be taken only on items which appear on the agenda. The Authority may adopt, approve, ratify, deny, defer, recommend, or continue any agenda item. The Authority may also propose and enact floor amendments to any matter presented before them. When more information is needed to act on an item, the Authority may refer the matter to the City Manager or the City Attorney. The Authority may also refer items to standing committees of the Council or a board, commission, or authority for additional study. Under certain circumstances, items are deferred to a specific later date or stricken from the agenda entirely."

- 1. Consider adopting the recommendation of the City Council Fee Committee regarding the non-renewal of the Lawton Boat Club campground lease and direct staff to incorporate said campground into the existing School House Slough camping area utilizing the previously approved rates as set forth in the Article A-19 of the City’s Fee Schedule.
- 2. Consider adopting the recommendation of the City Council Fee Committee regarding the extension of the Sunken Bridge Yacht Club campground lease through December 31st, 2027 and direct staff to modify the existing lease to provide for an incremental price increase beginning at $2500 for 2025, $4000 for 2026, and $6000 for 2027 and include language clarifying that it is the City’s intention to absorb the campground into the School House Slough campground area upon the expiration of the lease extension on December 31, 2027.

Consider adopting the recommendation of the City Council Fee Committee regarding the non-renewal of the Minnow Marina at Fisherman’s Cove campground lease and direct staff to incorporate said campground into the city’s day use camping areas utilizing the previously approved rates as set forth in the Article A-19 of the City’s Fee Schedule.

Pursuant to Section 307B.3, Title 25, Oklahoma Statutes, consider convening in executive session to discuss the purchase of real property, including anything attached to or erected on said property pertaining to Ralph’s Resort located at Lake Ellsworth, relating to the upcoming expiration of the Ralph’s Resort concessionaire lease with the City, and, if necessary, take appropriate action in open session.
