- 2 "Official action can be taken only on items which appear on the agenda. The Council may adopt, approve, ratify, deny, defer, recommend, or continue any agenda item. The Council may also propose and enact floor amendments to any matter presented before them. When more information is needed to act on an item, the Council may refer the matter to the City Manager or the City Attorney. The Council may also refer items to standing committees of the Council or a board, commission, or authority for additional study. Under certain circumstances, items are deferred to a specific later date or stricken from the agenda entirely."

- 4 BUSINESS ITEMS:
- 1. Consider approving a fourth amendment to the Ralph’s Resort Lease and Concessionaire agreement between the Lawton Water Authority, Steve and Sandra Perry, and the City of Lawton, modifying the terms of the agreement as it pertains to the transfer of ownership of the assets owned by the Perrys as shown on the “Asset List” of the agreement to the City of Lawton in exchange for the firm payment of three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000.00).
- 2. Due to the upcoming expiration of the Ralph’s Resort lease and concession agreement between the Lawton Water Authority, Steve and Sandra Perry, and the City of Lawton, consider directing staff to initiate a “Request for Proposals” for the management and operation of the Ralph’s Resort concessionaire area located at Lake Ellsworth.
- 3. Consider the FY 2025 City of Lawton proposed operating preliminary budget and budget book presentation and take appropriate action if necessary, to include making amendments to the preliminary budget to be incorporated in the final budget and budget book presentation that council considers.
- 4. Discuss possible projects to consider and funding levels for the PROPEL 2040 CIP sales tax extension and take action as deemed necessary.

- 10 The City of Lawton encourages participation from all of its citizens. If participation at any public meeting is not possible due to a disability, notification to the City Clerk at (580) 581-3305 at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled meeting is encouraged to make the necessary accommodations. The City may waive the 48 hour rule if interpreters for the deaf (signing) is not the necessary accommodation."
