- 7. Discussion and possible action regarding donation of items to the Cleveland County Clerk's Office and Cleveland County Court Clerk's Office.
- 8. Discussion and possible action regarding - Request to raise the booth rent for the Norman Farm Market from $20.00 to $30.00 per booth, which reflects a change in the attached Norman Farm Market 2026 Rules & Regulations.
- 9. Discussion and possible action regarding Independent Contractor Agreement between the Cleveland County Health Department and Vickie Classey for providing Crochet classes at The Well, effective November 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026.
- 10. Discussion and possible action regarding - Griffin Memorial Hospital (GMH) and/or Children's Recovery Center (CRC), in the event of a disaster which damages either facility and precludes their ability to maintain a safe habitable environment for persons housed there, GMH and CRC will be allowed to use the Cleveland County Fair Grounds to temporarily house individuals (for a period not to exceed 30 days unless agreed to by both parties) until repairs can be made to GMH or CRC or the individuals can be transferred to other Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services facilities. GMH and CRC to provide staff, supervision and security and will reimburse the Cleveland County Fair Grounds for all utiliites during the period used. Effective date January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026.

- 26 Cleveland County Sheriff's Department
- 14. Requesting the approval to start the application process for the 2027 Highway Safety Grant. The Cleveland County Sheriff's Office uses the grant funds to emphasis on impaired driving, contributing to statewide traffic safety improvement goals and the reduction of fatality and serious injury crashes in Cleveland County.
