- 4. Discussion and possible action regarding Addendum: Effective upon execution by the County Commissioners, the following modifications will be made to the contract in regards to Massage Therapy section only. Clinics' rate for services shall be eighty-five dollars ($85.00) per hour and forty-five dollars ($45.00) per half hour. Client's employees will remit payment of thirty-five dollars ($35.00) per hour and twenty dollars ($20.00) per half hour at the time of service directly to the therapist.

Discussion and possible action regarding - Internal Administrative movement of funds for BOCC approval requested by Tara McClain for The Well/Cleveland County Health Department ARPA Project #2.013/Object Code 54825. Request to move the following: 1) $95.00 from the Car Seat program to the Employee Wellness Program 2) $10,100.00 from the Car Seat program to the Youth Wellness Program *Note* These are internal admin moves by The Well/Cleveland County Health Department only for their bookkeeping/ARPA expenditure tracking only.

Discussion and possible action regarding a contract with Cleveland County District Court for transportation assistance for treatment and wellness court participants, housing assistance for treatment and wellness court participants, educational and vocational assistance for treatment and wellness court participants, driver's license reinstatement assistance, drug and alcohol testing and ignition interlock device monitoring. This contract is for services awarded by the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services through the County Community Safety Investment Fund.

- 7. Discussion and possible action regarding the renewal of the Commercial Service Agreement with OEC Fiber for internet services at the , located at 2550 W. Franklin Road. The agreement will provide Business 100 fiber internet service for the facility at a monthly rate of $125.00 plus an additional monthly change of $35.00 for additional Static IP Block, totaling $160.00 a month.
- 8. Discussion and possible action regarding the amendment to the New Sheriff's Office Cox agreement (File 26.0742) that was approved by the BOCC on March 30, 2026. The proposed amendment upgrades the Cox Optical Internet service from 30 Mbps to 100 Mbps at a monthly cost of $885, plus a $35 monthly charge for an IP Address Block. This amendment does not increase the monthly cost beyond the amount previously approved by the BOCC under the original Service Agreement. The amendment updates the service level to meet operational needs while maintaining the previously approved monthly expenditure.

- 14. Discussion and possible action regarding Contract between Cleveland County Health Department and Katie Swanson to provide Journaling and Mindfulness classes at The Well. The Health Department will pay $30.00 per hour at The Well. The contract is to be effective July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027.
- 15. Discussion and possible action regarding Copier Maintenance Agreement between Cleveland County Health Department and Standley Systems, effective July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027. The following copier at The Well will be covered under the Copier Maintenance Agreement: .0085 per black/white copy and .045 per color copy for Ricoh IM C3010 copier, Monthly Base Rate will be $184.09 per month. This agreement is to replace the existing agreement in place as the existing agreement had incorrect monthly pricing.

The following copier at The Well will be covered under the Copier Maintenance Agreement: .008 per black/white copy and .045 per color copy for (6) Ricoh IM C4510 copier, (4 in Norman, 2 in Moore) .019 per black/white copy and .096 per color copy for (7) Ricoh IM C401 copiers (5 in Norman, 2 in Moore) Monthly Base Rate will be $1,931.54 per month. This agreement is to replace the existing agreement in place as the existing agreement had incorrect monthly pricing.

Discussion and possible action regarding Bid #BE-2209 One-year (1) Service/Maintenance agreement for the Kitchen Appliances and Equipment at the Cleveland County Detention Center located at 2550 W. Franklin Rd., Norman, OK. The agreement will include inspections, maintenance and repairs (within 24 hours). Bid term is from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027.

Discussion and possible action regarding Bid #BE-2206 -One-Year (1) Maintenance Contract for Lawn Treatment & Weed Prevention Services for the Cleveland County Courthouse, North Lot, East Parking Lot, Detention Center, Sheriff’s Office, South Annex, Alan J. Couch Center, and the building at 718 N. Porter. Bid term will be from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027.

- 48 During Board Member statements and announcements, Chairman Grissom expressed his appreciation for the crews working to clear storm debris, noting that city crews and neighboring districts were also actively removing fallen trees and assisting with cleanup efforts. Member McHughes shared Chairman Grissom's appreciation for the response efforts and expressed his prayers for those who remained without power. He reported that District #2 was partnering with the City of Norman to remove trees and limbs from roadways. He also congratulated Sheriff Weaver on becoming the new Sheriff of Cleveland County. Board members further discussed the ongoing assessment of storm damage resulting from the severe winds that began on July 4, 2026. The storm caused widespread property damage, downed trees and electrical lines, and extensive power outages throughout the area.
