Discussion and possible action regarding Interlocal Agreement with the City of Moore pertaining to grading, draining, and hard surfacing of certain streets within the city which are continuations or connecting links in the State or County Highway system or other project that mutually benefit the two jurisdictions and are located within Cleveland County, pursuant to 69 O.S. § 1903.
- 3. Discussion and possible action regarding Change Order for the Air Handler for the Courthouse, ARPA Project #3.009, Object Code 54827 for $34,188.00.
- 4. Discussion and possible action regarding ARPA Project #2.013, Object Code 54825, request for Misung Billins for $2,000.00 for Youth Wellness.
- 5. Discussion and possible action regarding Calendar Year 2027 Board of County Commissioners Meeting Dates.
- 6. Discussion and possible action regarding Calendar Year 2027 Cleveland County Holiday Schedule.
- 7. Discussion and possible action regarding early close of the Cleveland County Courthouse on Friday, September 4th at 3:00 P.M. due to the expectation of heavy traffic in the area around the Courthouse for the OU/UTEP game. Boomer Sooner.

- 8. Discussion and possible action regarding the Cox renewal agreement for FY27 at the detention facility located at 2550 W. Franklin Road, Norman, Ok 73069. Monthly recurring charges for service will for Metro E-100Mb UNI interstate $565.00 and VoiceManager Essential Package w/Flat Rated Line $108.00.
- 9. Discussion and possible action regarding the renewal of the Green For Life (GFL) service agreement for FY2027. GFL is the company that provides waste management at the Operations location in Slaughterville.
- 10. Discussion and possible action regarding the renewal of the School Resources Officer (SRO) agreement between Community Christian School (CCS) and the Cleveland County Sheriff's Office (CCSO). As compensation to CCSO for services, CCS agrees to pay CCSO a fee of $90,000 in twelve equal payments of $7,500 per month for a period of July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027.
- 11. Discussion and possible action of a MOU between The City of Norman, City of Moore, and Cleveland County Sheriff's Office for the 2025 Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) Program Award. Cleveland County Sheriff's Office would be awarded $5,546.00, The City of Norman would be awarded $35,325.00, and The City of Moore would be awarded $14,585.00. Cleveland County Sheriff's Office will be using the awarded funds towards either a mobile fingerprint identification system, surveillance equipment, and or first aid/emergency medical kits.
- 12. Discussion and possible action of three renewal agreements with Standley Systems for the Sheriff's Office. The three units are located at Slaughterville, Property and Evidence, and in Warrants. The proposed agreement is issued under the state purchasing contract SW1034, which ensures competitive pricing and compliance with state procurement standards. The contract term is for 60 months with a monthly base payment in the amount of $444.67.
