  10. A. A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONTRACT WITH OSBORN ENGINEERING FOR THE DESIGN OF THE RAVENNA STREET STORMWATER MANAGEMENT IMPROVEMENTS. Brief Description: The purpose of this request for proposal (RFP) was to solicit proposals from professional design, engineering and surveying consultants (Consultant) for the analysis, engineering, and design of the Ravenna Street Stormwater Management Improvements. The project will include the review, analysis of the existing pond volumes and discharges in order to maximize storage in a new regional storm water pond and reduce overland flooding to downstream properties along Ravenna Street. A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO SUBMIT AN APPLICATION TO AND ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH THE NORTHEAST OHIO REGIONAL SEWER DISTRICT (NEORSD) FOR FUNDING ASSISTANCE THROUGH THE NEORSD COMMUNITY COST SHARE PROGRAM FOR DESIGN OF THE RAVENNA STREET STORMWATER MANAGEMENT IMPROVEMENTS. Brief Description: The Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District’s (NEORSD) Community Cost Share Program provides funding to member communities, like the City of Hudson, for community specific stormwater management projects. These funds would be used to reimburse the City for the Engineering costs associated with the Ravenna Street Stormwater Management Improvements Project.
