  13. E. A RESOLUTION AFFIRMING THE APPLICATION SUBMITTED BY THE CITY MANAGER TO THE OHIO DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY FOR A PRIORITY ONE AND SUPPLEMENTAL GRANT. Brief Description: The Ohio Department of Public Safety, Division of Emergency Medical Services, awards Priority 1 and Supplemental grant funding for equipment, training, and research. Brief Description: The concept plan will illustrate the community’s interests for the Clinton Crossing property and will be submitted for Concept Plan Review at Planning Commission as a City-led application, followed by future preliminary and final plan reviews that would be completed and submitted by a developer.
