Comet Rd., New Franklin, 44216, is requesting five (5) variances to Section 157.134 Site Development Standards for Business Districts more specifically the applicant is requesting (1) a 1’ variance to permit parking spaces that are 9’ wide where 10’ is required; which is not compliant with GCO 157.134(7)(D)(1), Design Standards; (2) a 2’ variance to permit parking aisle widths that are 20’ where 22’ is required; which is not compliant with GCO 157.134(7)(D)(a), Design Standards; (3) a 10’ setback variance along Warner Alley to allow a 0’ setback where 10’ is required; which is not compliant with GCO 157.134(7)(B)(6), Location and Setback Requirements; (4) a variance to allow an approximately 72’ curb cut where 40’ is the maximum length permitted; which is not compliant with GCO 157.134(8)(C)(1): Access; and (5) a 22” variance to allow a wall sign to protrude 40” from the structure where 18” is the maximum permitted; which is not compliant with GCO157.135(8)(D)(3).
