6. 6 BZA2025-0019 Andrea Gerfin, 3218 Doves Xing, Green, OH 44319 The Appellant, Andrea Gerfin, 3218 Doves Xing, in Green, is requesting a variance to install a driveway that has a width of 25’ at the road right-of-way line. This does not comply with GCO Chapter 157, Planning and Development Code, specifically 157.134(7)(B)(3)(b) which specifies a maximum driveway width of 24’ within 10’ of the Right-Of-Way; Ms. Gerfin is therefore requesting a 1’ variance to install a 25’ wide driveway. 7. 7 BZA2025-0020 Duane Whittaker, 4444 Mayfair Rd., Green, OH 44685 The Appellant, Duane Whittaker, 6549 Waterloo Rd, in Atwater, is working with the Planning and Zoning Commission to split parcel 2809988 into two lots; with addresses 4428 Mayfair Rd and 4444 Mayfair Rd. Mr. Whittaker is requesting the following: a depth-to-width lot ratio variance for 4444 Mayfair Rd. The requirement is for the depth not to exceed the width by more than four and one-half times. This is not compliant with GCO Chapter 157, Planning and Development Code, specifically 157.133(4), Lot Layout and General Site Regulations; Lot Depth.
