- 1. To approve allocation of 2024 Sullivan County Funds to Youth Programs.
- 2. To enter into an Agreement and accept funding from the Governor's Traffic Safety Committee for the Child Passenger Safety Program

- 4. To authorize a modification of Resolution No. 452-233 adopted on November 22, 2023 to reflect reallocation of YSEF funds to the Town of Fallsburg.

To enter in contract with Eastern Aviation Fuels/Titan Aviation Fuels at the Sullivan County International Airport for the purchase of wholesale Jet-A fuel, 100LL Aviation Gasoline, the rental of a 5,000-gallon Jet-A refueler truck, and the rental of a 3,000-gallon Jet-A refueler truck. The term of the contract shall be for three years from the signed date and subject to two one-year extensions on a yearly basis.
- 10. The Sullivan County Airport Development Commission (SCADC) was established by Resolution No. 62-00, to stimulate economic development efforts, improve the usage, and to attract business to the Sullivan County International Airport. Resolution No. 96-17 set the number of members to eleven (11), three (3) of whom are pilots to be appointed by the Legislature. Mr. Bruce Davidson, Mr. Joseph Siegal, and Mr. Robert Ratner are experienced and respected aviators in our aviation community, tenants of the Sullivan County International Airport, and interested in serving on the Sullivan County Airport Development Commission. This resolution would appoint these individuals as members of the Sullivan County Airport Development Commission.
- 11. To authorize the County Manager to execute an agreement with NYSDOT to provide funding of the Construction phase of the project to replace County Bridge 5 / BIN 3355540 joints.
- 12. To authorize the County Manager, Chairman of the County Legislature, and / or their authorized representative (as required by the funding source) to execute any and all necessary documents to submit a National Border Regional Commission Timber for Transit Program grant application to obtain 80% funding to replace County Bridge 270.
- 13. To authorize the County Manager to execute a modification agreement with Stantec Consulting Group, Inc. to finalize the Construction Inspection and Support services for the Reconstruction of East Broadway and County Road 173.
