12. 3. Sullivan County has an established term contract with Fisher and Associates to provide Design and Engineering services for the County’s network of parks and museums. Prior to authorizing work to be completed under this contract, the Department of Parks, Recreation and Beautification requires a project-specific proposal, including a scope of services as well as estimated costs, be submitted for review.
