- 14 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Public Safety to apply for and accept a grant from the United States Department of Homeland Security for the FY22 Fire Prevention and Safety Grant Program; and authorizing the purchase of one or more contracts of smoke/CO detectors, including installation and installation tools.

- 18 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Human Resources to employ one or more professional services to administer the City’s employee assistance program and to provide learning and development training to various City departments, on an as-needed basis for a one-year period, with three one-year options to renew, exercisable by the Director of Human Resources.

- 22 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Public Works to apply for and accept a grant from the Cleveland Guardians Charities for the Baseball and Softball Summer Youth Program.
- 23 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Public Works to exercise the first option to renew Contract No. RC 2022-25 with Rumpke of Ohio Inc. for the transfer, disposal and processing of recyclable materials.

- 26 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Public Works to enter into a contract with the Northeast Ohio Muni Football League aka Cleveland Municipal Football Association dba Cleveland Muni Football League to conduct a city-wide youth football program.
- 27 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Port Control to enter into a Lease Agreement with RAS Aviation, LLC dba Zone Aviation for the lease of certain city owned space at Burke Lakefront Airport, for a period of one year with four one-year options to renew, exercisable by the Director of Port Control.
- 28 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Directors of Public Works and/or Port Control, as appropriate, to enter into a license agreement with the USS Cleveland Legacy Foundation, or its designee, to install and maintain the Lone Sailor monument at the northwest corner of City-owned property in Voinovich Park, and to make improvements to the area surrounding the monument, for an initial term of one year and automatically renewing year to year for a period up to twenty-five years, unless terminated by either party.
- 29 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Determining the method of making the public improvement of repairing and upgrading the Second High to First High regulator at the Nottingham water treatment plant, and authorizing the Director of Public Utilities to enter into one or more public improvement contracts for the making of the improvement.
- 30 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Finance, on behalf of the Office of Prevention, Intervention and Opportunity for Youth and Young Adults, to employ one or more professional consultants to design and implement projects to support the transformation of City recreation centers into trauma-informed neighborhood resource and recreation centers; to develop and provide programs and activities for youth and their families to serve as tools to prevent violence, develop skills and knowledge to overcome challenges associated with trauma and toxic stress, and to create opportunities for youth and their families to live quality lives, for a period not to exceed a total term of eighteen months, with one or more options to renew for an additional total term not to exceed eighteen months, exercisable by the Director of Finance.
- 31 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the issuance and sale of revenue refunding bonds to refund outstanding revenue bonds of the Core City Program for economic and community development in the city; authorizing a tender and/or exchange program with respect to the refunding of outstanding revenue bonds of the Core City Program and providing for the appointment of professionals and authorizing documents with respect thereto; and authorizing related matters.
