- 1 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE To amend Section 3 of Ordinance No. 531-2021 passed August 18, 2021, relating to accepting funding from the United States Treasury Department for purposes of implementing the Emergency Rental Assistance Program established under the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 and authorizing contracts to implement.
- 2 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE To amend the first whereas clause and Section 1 of Ordinance No. 1253-2019, passed October 21, 2019; repeal the third whereas clause; and supplement the ordinance by adding new Section 1a; relating to authorizing the Director of Community Development to be a co-applicant and co-Grantee with Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority which will allow CMHA to accept HUD funding to implement the Choice Neighborhoods Implementation Grant.
- 3 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Public Works to enter into a license agreement with The Convention and Visitors Bureau of Greater Cleveland, Inc., dba Destination Cleveland, or its designee, to install and maintain graphic art on City-owned property at 205 West St. Clair Avenue, for a period of five years automatically renewing from year to year.
- 4 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the purchase by one or more requirement contracts of trees, and labor and materials needed for urban forestry services, including but not limited to, maintaining and planting trees, and removing trees, stumps, and tree waste material, for the Division of Park Maintenance and Properties, Department of Public Works and the Departments of Aging and Community Development, for a period of one year, with a one-year option to renew, exercisable by the Director of Public Works.
- 5 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Mayor and the Commissioner of Purchases and Supplies to sell certain City-owned property no longer needed for the City’s public use located at the southeast corner of Grovewood Avenue and East 164th Street to Greater Cleveland Habitat for Humanity, Inc., or its designee, for purposes of future development.
- 6 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE To vacate a portion of Curtis Avenue N.E., east of East 59th Street.
- 7 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Port Control to exercise the second option to renew Contract No. CT 3001 LS2023-0003 with Paratus Air for the lease of City-owned space located in the Terminal Building at Burke Lakefront Airport at 1501 North Marginal Road to support its helicopter tour services, for the Department of Port Control.
- 8 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE To authorize the Director of Capital Projects to enter into an agreement with the Chagrin River Watershed Partners to participate in their grant from the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation for the “Engaging Dugway Brook Communities in Designing Stream and Wetland Restoration Project” by providing in-kind services.
- 9 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the purchase by one or more requirement contracts of various pharmaceuticals, medical supplies and medical equipment, for the Division of Emergency Medical Service, Department of Public Safety, for a period of one year, with two one-year options to renew, exercisable by the Director of Public Safety.
- 10 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of the Community Relations Board to enter into a contract with The Presidents’ Council Business Chambers, fiscal agent for The Mt. Pleasant Ministerial Alliance, ICONS, and Children at Play Edutainment for professional services necessary to develop and implement young adult violence intervention and prevention programs and strategies to reduce violent activity on streets in high “hot spot” areas, and for other community violence intervention work, for one year with three one-year options to renew, exercisable by the Director of the Community Relations Board.
- 11 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE To amend Section 3 of Ordinance No. 905-2022 and Section 3 of Ordinance No. 906-2022, passed September 19, 2022, relating to allocating a portion of the City’s Coronavirus Local Fiscal Recovery Funds for the agreements with Child Care Resource Center of Cuyahoga County, dba Starting Point, to assist with the Early Childhood Recovery Initiative.
- 12 AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION In support of the application submitted by Western Reserve Land Conservancy to the Clean Ohio Green Space Conservation Fund Program for the purchase of the Euclid Beach Expansion Project.
- 13 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Finance and Mayor to terminate the On-Site Parking Garage (Gateway East) Base Lease as no longer needed for public use and appropriating certain funds to satisfy the City’s capital repair obligations.
