  1. 1 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Capital Projects to issue a permit to UC City Center LLC to encroach into the public right-of-way of Chester Avenue by installing, using and maintaining a parking monument sign. 333-2024
  2. 2 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Port Control to execute a deed of easement granting to The East Ohio Gas Company, dba Dominion Energy Ohio certain easement rights in property located at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport; and declaring that the easement rights granted are not needed for the City’s public use. 402-2024
  3. 3 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Public Works to enter into a license agreement with The Convention and Visitors Bureau of Greater Cleveland, Inc., dba Destination Cleveland, or its designee, to install and maintain graphic art on City-owned property at 205 West St. Clair Avenue, for a period of five years automatically renewing from year to year. 404-2024
  4. 4 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the purchase by one or more requirement contracts of trees, and labor and materials needed for urban forestry services, including but not limited to, maintaining and planting trees, and removing trees, stumps, and tree waste material, for the Division of Park Maintenance and Properties, Department of Public Works and the Departments of Aging and Community Development, for a period of one year, with a one-year option to renew, exercisable by the Director of Public Works. 405-2024
  5. 5 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Mayor and the Commissioner of Purchases and Supplies to sell certain City-owned property no longer needed for the City’s public use located at the southeast corner of Grovewood Avenue and East 164th Street to Greater Cleveland Habitat for Humanity, Inc., or its designee, for purposes of future development. 407-2024
  6. 6 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE To authorize the Director of Capital Projects to enter into an agreement with the Chagrin River Watershed Partners to participate in their grant from the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation for the “Engaging Dugway Brook Communities in Designing Stream and Wetland Restoration Project” by providing in-kind services. 471-2024
  7. 7 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE To amend the title, the first and second whereas clauses, and Sections 1, 2, 3, and 4 of Ordinance No. 532-2023, passed May 15, 2023; and to add two additional whereas clauses and new Sections 1a, 3a and 3b, relating to the improvement for the West Side Market and to authorize, as an alternative, grant agreements with Cleveland Public Market Corporation, or an entity affiliated with or controlled by CPMC, to provide economic development assistance for the design and construction of the improvement through the grant agreements. 542-2024
  8. 8 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing an additional Ten-Million Dollars ($10,000,000.00) for improvements to the West Side Market contemplated under Ordinance No. 532-2023, passed May 15, 2023. 543-2024
