  2. 2 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Capital Projects and/or City Planning to enter into one or more contracts with Svona Studio LLC, Lauren HB Studio and Kistler Studio LLC for professional services necessary for the design, production, and installation of three yet-to-be designed public artwork installations at the renovated Clark Recreation Center, the renovated Sterling Recreation Center, and the new Fire Station No. 26. 157-2025

  11. 11 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Approving the addition of certain property located at 2164-2214 West 25th Street to the Northeast Ohio Advanced Energy District; accepting and approving a petition and plan from a property owner in the District identifying a special energy improvement project; declaring it necessary to conduct the special energy improvement project; providing for the assessment of the cost of such special energy improvement project; authorizing the Director of Economic Development to enter into a Cooperative Agreement and a Special Assessment Agreement to implement the project; and declaring an emergency. 242-2025

  14. 14 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE To amend Section 551.112 of the Codified Ordinances of Cleveland, Ohio, 1976, as amended by Ordinance No. 2393-02, passed February 2, 2003, relating to fees for dumpster and compactor rentals; and; To amend Section 551.301 of the Codified Ordinances of Cleveland, Ohio, 1976, as amended by Ordinance No. 676-A-82, passed June 21, 1982, relating to service charges for tire shredding. 305-2025
  15. 15 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the purchase by one or more requirement contracts for the transfer and disposal of tires, for the Division of Waste Collection and Disposal, Department of Public Works, for a term of two years. 306-2025
  16. 16 AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION Supporting National Colorectal Cancer Awareness Month and declaring the month of March as Colorectal Cancer Awareness Month annually in the City of Cleveland to help raise awareness and encourage people to begin colon cancer screening at age 45 as recommended by the American Cancer Society. 324-2025
  17. 17 AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION Strongly encouraging the Cleveland Metropolitan School District to install school bus stop-arm safety cameras that will capture drivers who fail to stop when the bus stop-arm is out and pass school buses that are loading and unloading children. 333-2025
