- 35 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE To amend Sections 405.01, 405.04, 405.06, 405.08, and 405.10 of the Codified Ordinances of Cleveland, Ohio, 1976, as amended by various ordinances relating to impounding, storage and towing; and to repeal Section 405.09, as amended by Ordinance No. 1684-76, passed June 29,1976, relating to impounding bicycles.
- 36 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Port Control to employ by contract or contracts one or more qualified insurance brokerage firm or firms to provide brokerage and administrative services for a planned Owner-Controlled Insurance Program needed for the Terminal Modernization Development Program at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport, for a period of seven years.
- 37 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Port Control to employ one or more professional consultants for wayfinding services, to assess, audit, and make recommendations to improve the ticketing lobby operations at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport, for a period of one year, with a one-year option to renew, exercisable by the Director of Port Control.
- 38 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the purchase by one or more requirement contracts of labor and materials necessary for constructing, repairing, maintaining, removing, replacing, disposing, and installing concrete surfaces and structures on roadways, taxiways, runways, ramps and other paved surfaces, for the various divisions of the Department of Port Control, for a period of one year with three one-year options to renew, exercisable by the Director of Port Control.

- 41 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of the Department of Community Development to enter into agreement with Cleveland Public Theatre for the public purpose of cultural awareness and education by providing the 2025 Dia de Muertos Neighborhood Festival for City of Cleveland residents through the use of Ward 15 Casino Revenue Funds.
