- 1 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Parks and Recreation to accept a donation from Changeover, or its designee, to allow and accept improvements to two tennis courts located at Harmody Park, as a gift to the City.
- 2 AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION Declaring the intent to vacate a portion of East 81st Street.
- 3 AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION Requesting the Director of Transportation of the State of Ohio determine and declare a reasonable and safe prima-facie speed limit of 30 miles per hour for Lake Avenue between West 117th Street and Detroit Avenue.
- 4 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Determining the method of making the public improvement of constructing high-comfort pedestrian and bicycle improvements at various locations; authorizing the Director of the City Planning Commission, Public Works and/or Capital Projects, as appropriate, to enter into one or more public improvement and professional services contracts needed for the improvement; authorizing the Mayor and the Commissioner of Purchases and Supplies to acquire, accept, and record for right-of-way purposes real property and easements; authorizing the Director to accept rights-of-entry from private property owners; authorizing the Director to enter into various written standard purchase and requirement contracts needed to effectuate this ordinance, including electric/no-emission vehicles and equipment; and to enter into other agreements or execute documents necessary to conduct the program.
- 5 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Parks and Recreation and/or Director of Public Works and/or the Director of Finance to contract with one or more temporary employment agencies to provide professional services to supply temporary and seasonal personnel for the Department of Parks and Recreation and/or Department of Public Works and the Project Clean program, and for various other departments of the City, for a period up to one year.
- 6 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Public Works to contract with one or more consultants or firms for consultants to provide professional services necessary to manage the nuisance abatement process that oversees the cutting and cleaning of vacant and occupied structures that are in violation of Building and Housing and/or Health code ordinances, for a period of up to two years.
- 7 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Determining the method of making the public improvement of repairing, constructing and installing various ADA-compliant structures including but not limited to curb ramps and authorizing the Director of Public Works to enter into one or more public improvement requirement contracts for the making of the improvement.
- 8 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Changing the name of Herman Park, located at Herman Avenue and West 59th Street, to “Judge Raymond L. Pianka Park” upon completion of Herman Park renovations and site improvements.
