- 2 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the purchase by one or more contracts of labor and materials necessary to retrofit a Division of Police command bus, including installation, for the Division of Motor Vehicle Maintenance, Department of Public Works and/or the Department of Public Safety.
