- 2 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Public Safety to enter into one or more contracts with Flock Group, Inc. dba Flock Safety for the acquisition and or renewal of the annual license and the professional services of maintenance for the Flock Safety Automated License Plate Reader Solution for the Division of Police, Department of Public Safety, for a period of one year.
- 3 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Public Safety to apply for and accept a grant from the United States Department of Justice, Bureau of Justice Assistance for the FY 2025 Byrne Justice Assistance Grant: Local Solicitation; and authorizing one or more contracts with Cuyahoga County and the cities of Euclid, Parma, Cleveland Heights, East Cleveland, Maple Heights and Garfield Heights needed to implement the grant.
