- 1. Consider adoption of a Comprehensive Plan.
- 2. Consider request by Austin Minton for a Conditional Use Permit to allow him to operate a medical cannabis dispensary at 5311 Highway 80.
- 3. Consider request by Manjinder Singh for a conditional use permit to allow him to develop a convenience store with automobile and commercial truck fueling facilities on the Parcel No. F08-49-50. (Highway 475)
- 4. Consider accepting the preliminary plat for The Plains of Pearl Subdivision, with a variance for lots 1, 5, 33, 34, 57, 58, 64-68 to use the setbacks as outlined in the zoning ordinance for R-3 Patio Homes and not be required to provide the 30 foot buffer from the current R-1 zoned property.
