- 2 Sponsor: Director of Neighborhood Services Department Accepting funds allocated by the U.S. Department of Justice, Bureau of Justice Assistance, Office of Justice Programs, 2023 Byrne Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) in the amount of $315,838.00; estimating and appropriating $315,838.00 in the Justice Assistance Grant Fund; designating requisitioning authority; and authorizing cooperative agreement with Kansas City Metropolitan Crime Commission in the amount of $150,000.00.
- 3 Sponsor: Director of Law Department Approving and authorizing settlement in the amount of $75,000.00 for a claim for a Workers’ Compensation benefit filed by Stephen Galvan for injuries resulting from an accident on October 2, 2020. while employed by the City.
- 4 Sponsor: Director of General Services Department Authorizing the Manager of Procurement Services to execute a three (3) year Agreement with Ticketmaster L.L.C., a Virginia Limited Liability Company, to provide ticketing services to the clients of the Kansas City Convention and Entertainment Facilities Department; and authorizing the Manager of Procurement Services to amend and extend the Agreement for one (1) additional three (3) year term.
- 5 Sponsor: Councilperson Melissa Robinson COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE RESOLUTION - Directing the City Manager to develop a strategic sustainability plan and adopt an administrative regulation to guide City’s support to the community through its established Community Action Network (“CAN”) Centers and to report to the Council on such plan within 120 days, and on such administrative regulation within 30 days; and to present a corresponding, five-year funding plan to the Council before or at the same time as the presentation of the annual budget.
- 6 Sponsor: Councilmember Johnathan Duncan RESOLUTION - Directing the City Manager to evaluate and develop a comprehensive assessment of the needs of the Kansas City trans community, identify a funding source, and recommend to council a path to effectuate implementation within 180 days of passage.

Be prepared to leave your Driver`s License or State issued Identification Card with the secretary and she will give you the equipment. Upon returning the equipment your license will be returned.
