  29. 17. Submitting report relative to DEFERRAL OF DEMOLITION ORDER on property located at 8400 W. Vernor. (A special inspection on January 19, 2017 revealed the building is secured and appears to be sound and repairable. Therefore, it is recommended that the demolition order be deferred for a period of six months subject to conditions of the order.)
