- 7 A RESOLUTION CONCERNING FEASIBILITY STUDY FOR A COUNTY-OWNED GROCERY STORE PILOT PROGRAM for the purpose of authorizing the development and completion of a six-month feasibility study to evaluate the potential for establishing a County-owned and operated grocery store in Prince George’s County; assessing site selection, financial viability, operational models, and community impact; and ensuring the store operates on a cost-neutral basis to the County.
- 8 A RESOLUTION CONCERNING ESTABLISHMENT OF THE PRINCE GEORGE’S COUNTY COMMUNITY WEALTH BUILDING COMPACT for the purpose of encouraging the creation of the Prince George’s County Community Wealth Building Compact, a voluntary public-private initiative that encourages anchor institutions to commit to local procurement goals, specifically increased contracting with Black-owned businesses and to participate in a broader County-led effort to build equitable, community-based economic development.

- 9 A RESOLUTION CONCERNING THE MINORITY BUSINESS ENTERPRISE PRIME CONTRACTOR INITIATIVE for the purpose of encouraging the establishment of a pilot cohort program to support the development and advancement of County Based Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) subcontractors into prime contractors on construction projects by providing targeted training, technical assistance, mentorship, and access to procurement and contract opportunities in partnership with the Economic Development Corporation (EDC), the Office of Central Services, and the Office of Procurement.
- 10 A RESOLUTION CONCERNING DEFERRED COLLECTION OF DEVELOPMENT IMPACT FEES for the purpose of requesting the Maryland General Assembly to amend statutory provisions governing development impact fees to authorize the deferral of development impact fee payments until the issuance of Use and Occupancy Permits.
