Committee recommends approval of the Funding Agreement with Northwestern Illinois Area Agency on Aging, an Illinois not-for-profit corporation (NIAAA) for the establishment of a Senior Center at 5505 East State Street. Approval of the Proposed Development Agreement between the City of Rockford and LT Construction for the 2026 Construction Workforce Development Initiative in the not-to-exceed amount of $700,000.
