  10. 6 Mayor McNamara read in a proclamation proclaiming the week of May 11th - May 16th, 2026 to be National Police Week in the City of Rockford, Illinois.

  17. 3. Kelly Lewis expressed her opposition to the Data Center being included in a TIF.
  18. 4. Jessica Vandiver spoke about the offer residents were giving at Riverview Mobile Home Park and the issues they face moving.
  19. 18 Alderman Durkee made a motion to adjourn. Alderwoman Hoffman seconded the motion. MOTION PREVAILED by unanimous voice vote. The meeting adjourned at 7:51 PM.
