7. 2. Approval of the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Grant-Funded Subrecipient Agreement with Rosecrance (2003) in an amount not to exceed $193,320.00. The agreement term is from June 1, 2026, through May 31, 2027. The grant does require a cost match in the amount of $268,520.00, which will be provided by Rosecrance. The grant term is from May 1, 2026, to April 30, 2027.
