  13. 9 B. We have another current IGA with RHA for their scattered east sites. Our prior IGAs have gone well.
  14. VI. EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS REPORT
  15. 10 C. Our Weatherization Program partnered with Nicor's new Weatherization Program. We have provided them with those on our wait list with a low priority number between 0-2. Those on this list have been on our list for years and will be on for an indeterminate amount of time. The Nicor Weatherization program is filling in this gap time by providing services to those on our long wait list. We plan to continue as long as there is this gap to be filled.

  21. 14 B. Currently working on our On-Boarding Plans. We are reviewing our materials and getting everything up-to-date for our upcoming school year.

  23. 15 C. We closed our food bid last week. We went with Delicious Unlimited.

  26. 19 A. On July 20th, city council approved the assignment for both Jeremiah Griffin and Mary Cacioppi. Welcome back.
  27. 20 B. We met the requirement for the IACAA Tripartite Board Training held on July 7, 2026.
  28. 21 C. On July 30th, we will be hosting an ALL Staff Meeting at Memorial Hall from 8:30am-3:30pm. We will email you a reminder. Let us know if you would like to attend.
  29. 22 D. NCAP Conference will be held September 2nd-4th in St. Louis, MO. Te'Airia will be crossing the stage to receive her CCAP. Upcoming information will be emailed to you. Please let us know if you would like to attend.
  30. 23 E. An Alderman advocated the use of Casino Funds to help with relocation of displaced tenants. Council agreed to set aside $200,000 for this purpose. Currently, the Riverview Mobile Home Park was bought out and need to vacate. New owners have offered assistance of $5600 for each household and no disposal fee if they move within 90 days. Additional expenses may be needed in their relocation transition.
