  7. 5 Mayor McNamara mentioned the passing of former Fire Chief Bill Baylor. He spoke about Chief Baylor's many accomplishments and service to this community. Mayor McNamara then conducted a Moment of Silence in honor of Chief Baylor. Alderman Tuneberg spoke about the passing of Mayor Neal's mother, Janet Wilkins-Clark, and he requested a Moment of Silence. Mayor McNamara then conducted a Moment of Silence in honor of Janet Wilkins-Clark.
