Intergovernmental Agreement with York Township Regarding the Paving of Fairfield Avenue Approval of an Intergovernmental Agreement with York Township regarding the paving of Fairfield Avenue. The Intergovernmental Agreement provides for York Township to perform paving of incorporated sections of Fairfield Avenue in conjunction with the roadwork scheduled for the unincorporated sections of the roadway.   35. M. FY2024 Surface Treatment Program Request for a waiver of bids and award of a contract to Denler, Inc., in the amount of $158,360.23. This contract was competitively bid in 2023 through a joint purchase process. Under the General Terms and Conditions, it was requested that bidders submit a fixed price for Year Two and Year Three. This being Year Two, staff determined Denler, Inc. has the lowest price. (DISTRICTS - ALL) 240115 approved Pass
  36. N. Tree Planting Request for a waiver of bids and award of a contract to Suburban Tree Consortium in an amount not to exceed $132,350.00. Suburban Tree Consortium represents 48 member communities. This organization handles the tree planting bid process in accordance with State of Illinois law. As a member, The Village must commit to a lead-time of five (5) years for the purchase of trees grown based upon projected orders for trees. (DISTRICTS - ALL) 240116 approved Pass
  37. O. FY2024 Crack Sealing Program Request for a waiver of bids and award of a contract to SKC Construction, Inc. in the amount of $101,000.00. This was originally bid on February 1, 2022 through a joint purchase process, with possible contract extensions for years two and three. This contract represents year three.   38. P. Purchase of 2024 Honda Odyssey Request for a waiver of bids and award of a contract to Honda on Grand of Elmhurst, Illinois, in the amount of $37,028.03. Staff solicited quotes for this vehicle from surrounding dealerships. This new vehicle will be used for the Police Department Investigations Fleet. 240135 approved Pass
