Approve entering into a co-operative purchase agreement with, and issuing a Purchase Order to Goodson Paving, Inc. in the amount of $171,314.39 for the milling and paving of multiple streets and intersecting areas as needed to include, but not limited to A Street, B Street, C Street, Washington Avenue, Barbara Jenkins Street, and Japonica Lane using Brevard County Bid # B4-18-50, effective June 21, 2019 through June 20, 2020. Approve entering into a co-operative purchase agreement with, and issuing a Purchase Order to Goodson Paving, Inc. in the amount of $123,393.40 for the demolition and reconstruction of non-compliant ADA ramps, sidewalks and curbing on the roads milled and paved as part of the aforementioned work using Brevard County Bid # B4-19-07, effective January 14, 2019 to January 13, 2022. Authorize the City Manager to approve any change orders up to a 10% contingency in the amount of $29,470.78 for any additional work, as needed. (Public Works Director)
