Approve entering into a co-operative purchase agreement with, and issuing a Purchase Order to Goodson Paving in the amount of $76,276.20 utilizing Brevard County Bid # B4-19-07 effective January 14, 2019 to January 13, 2022 for the demolition and reconstruction of non-compliant ADA ramps, sidewalks and curbing on Pineda Street from Dixon Blvd to Peachtree Street. Authorize the City Manager to approve any change orders up to $50,000 for any additional work as needed. Pending the approval of Fiscal Year 2020 Budget. (Public Works Director)
