A (Second Reading) An Ordinance Amending Section 453-24 (B) of the Bethany Beach Town Code by Eliminating Freeboard Requirements for Gas or Liquid Storage Synopsis This Ordinance replaces Section 453-24 (B) with new language which eliminates freeboard requirements for gas or liquid storage tanks. 11-0047

B (Second Reading) An Ordinance to Amending Section 453-21 (D) of the Bethany Beach Town Code Synopsis This ordinance removes Section 453-21 (D) by adding the phrase of "plus eighteen (18) inches of "freeboard". It is the understanding of Council such language must be included in the ordinance in order to recieve FEMA credit for freeboard. 11-0051
