- 10 Approve 5 Health and Social Services, Behavioral Health Division contracts: Caminar, Inc. for $660,104 to provide shelter services for adults with psychiatric disabilities who are homeless or at risk of homelessness for the period of September 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025; Caminar, Inc. for $964,006 to provide supported employment and educational services for individuals with psychiatric disabilities for the period of July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025; Caminar, Inc. for $548,788 to provide supported housing services for homeless or at risk of homelessness individuals with psychiatric disabilities for the period of September 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025; Caminar, Inc. for $800,000 to provide wellness and recovery programming services for adults with serious mental illness for the period of July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025; and Shelter Solano, Inc. for $717,250 to provide emergency shelter services and case management for the period of September 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025; and Delegate authority to the County Administrator to execute the five contracts and any subsequent amendments, with County Counsel concurrence, up to an aggregate of $74,999 each
