- 2 ALUC-25-11(Harvest Ridge) Determine that Application No. ALUC-25-11 to amend the City of Vacaville’s General Plan Land Use Designation and Zoning from Residential High Density to Residential Medium Density for a 9.9-acre residential project called Harvest Ridge, located in Compatibility Zone D of the Travis Air Force Base (TAFB) Land Use Compatibility Plan (LUCP), is conditionally consistent with the Travis AFB LUCP. The property is located on the northwest corner of Leisure Town Road at Redstone Parkway.
- 3 ALUC 25-12 (Brann Ranch) The Airport Land Use Commission will receive an informational presentation regarding the status of Application No. ALUC-25-12 to amend the City of Rio Vista’s General Plan and Zoning to establish a mixed-use development called Brann Ranch. The item is agendized to notify the applicant and the public that the submittal is incomplete for purposes of an ALUC consistency determination and to identify additional materials required before the Commission may consider the project.
- 4 ALUC-25-14 (City of Vacaville Battery Energy Storage System Ordinance) Determine that Application No. ALUC-25-14 (City of Vacaville Battery Energy Storage System Ordinance), located within the Travis Air Force Base (TAFB) Compatibility Zone D and E and Nut Tree Airport Compatibility Zones, is consistent with the applicable Airport Land Use Compatibility Plans.
- 5 ALUC-25-15 (North Village) Determine that Application No. ALUC-25-15 (North Village), located within Nut Tree Airport Zone C, is conditionally consistent with the Nut Tree Airport and Travis Air Force Base Land Use Compatibility Plans.
- 6 ALUC 25-16 (Solano County Zoning Regulations Amendments) Determine that Application No. ALUC 25-16 (Solano County Zoning Regulations Amendments) is consistent with the Travis Air Force Base (AFB), Nut Tree and Rio Vista Airport Land Use Compatibility Plans (LUCP).
