- 4 Recommend City Council approve expenditure on software and technical support services with E&M Electric & Machinery, Inc., dba Aveva Select California, Healdsburg, California, for $179,955 from Public Utilities RERC Maintenance Generating Plants Account and Springs Maintenance Generating Plant Account for control systems at Riverside Energy Resource Center and Springs Power Plant for three-year term
- 5 Approve purchase from GE Vernova Operations, LLC., Houston, Texas, for $335,465.14 from Public Utilities RERC Maintenance Generating Plants Account for eighteen (18) gas turbine control system components for all four units at Riverside Energy Resource Center

- 6 Recommend City Council, with at least five affirmative votes, authorize Chief Financial Officer, or designee, to record supplemental appropriation in total amount of $3,000,000 from Electric Fund Low Carbon Fuel Reserve Account and appropriate expenditures to EV Charger Install at Public Facilities Account, execute the Electrify Riverside Programs, and take all necessary actions required or advisable to implement, administer, fund, and carry out City of Riverside’s responsibilities under Electrify Riverside Programs, including ability to make minor and non-substantive changes and to execute future amendments to Electrify Riverside Programs under substantially similar terms and conditions
- 7 Recommend City Council approve Fourth Amendment to Interconnection Facilities Agreement with Southern California Edison Company reducing Interconnection Facilities cost from $15,935,410.88 to $14,223,280.00 and revising payment schedule and project completion date
