- 8 1. Development Plan Review (DPR 22353-2023): Project Address: 1105 E. Seventh Street Project Applicant: MG Development Group LLC c/o Michael Galanakis Project Planner: Alan Fortune, Assistant Planner Council District: CC District No. 3 Request to develop 44 dwelling units in two three-story buildings, each with 22 apartment units along with associated on-site and off-site improvements on a 1.06 acre site, currently developed with three primary residential units proposed to be demolished to accommodate the project. The project is located within the Midtown Segment of the Pomona Corridors Specific Plan, the R-2 Low Density Multiple Family Zoning District, and SB 330 Overlay and designated Neighborhood Edge and Residential Neighborhood Place Types and T3 and T4-B Transects. Recommendation: The Planning Division recommends the Hearing Officer adopt the attached draft resolution approving Development Plan Review (DPR 22353-2023), subject to conditions (Attachments 1).
