Approving to waive the competitive bidding requirements due to piggybacking; and, B. Approving the State of California Cooperative Agreement Software VAR #7-16-70-37; and, C. Approving the Monterey County Office of Education CALSAVE agreement #530067; and, D. Approving the State of Utah cooperative online marketplace contract MA3458; and, E. Approving the Sourcewell contract #081419; and, F. Authorizing the City Manager or designee to execute the necessary documents; and, G. Authorizing the Finance Officer to make necessary budget adjustments; and, H. Authorizing the purchase of $180,000 of goods through CDW-G.
