  17. 1. Recommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council approve the Draft Minutes from the Regular Meeting held Tuesday, January 16, 2024. 21-573
  18. 2. Recommended Action: It is recommended that the Council/Board ratify the warrant run and payroll report for the City, Successor Agency to the Hesperia Community Redevelopment Agency, Hesperia Housing Authority, Community Development Commission, and Water District.
  19. 3. Recommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council adopt Hesperia Joint Public Finance Authority (HJPFA) Resolution 2024-01 defining the specific regular meeting schedule for the Hesperia Joint Public Finance Authority. 21-574
  20. 4. Recommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council authorize the City Manager to approve an amendment of $25,360 to the existing contract with Antony’s Animal Hospital, for a revised not-to-exceed contract amount of $75,360 for spay, neuter, exams and emergency animal care. 21-578

Recommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council waive further reading and adopt Urgency Ordinance 2024-02 pursuant to California Government Code Section 65858 establishing a forty-five (45) day moratorium on the establishment or expansion of Single Price overstock/discount stores, or store as appropriate (SPODS); and to authorize the City Manager to direct staff to review and survey the development standards for SPODS from surrounding jurisdictions. 21-576 approved Pass ▶ jump to 26:58
