  17. 1. Recommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council approve the Draft Minutes from the Special meeting held Tuesday, April 21, 2026, and the Special Meeting held Tuesday, May 5, 2026. 22-455
  18. 2. Recommended Action: It is recommended that the Council/Board ratify the warrant run and payroll report for the City, Successor Agency to the Hesperia Community Redevelopment Agency, Hesperia Housing Authority, Community Development Commission, and Water District. 22-313
  19. 3. Recommended Action: It is recommended that the Council/Board accept the Treasurer’s Cash Report for the City, Successor Agency to the Hesperia Community Redevelopment Agency, Hesperia Housing Authority, Community Development Commission, and Water District. 22-315

Recommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council authorize the City Manager to approve a new three-year Enterprise Agreement with Crayon Inc., in a total not-to-exceed amount of $294,932, for Microsoft software products licensing. A 5% contingency has been included to accommodate increased licensing needs arising from additional staffing or projects requiring additional licenses. 22-461

Recommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council and Board of Directors of the Hesperia Water District authorize the City Manager to approve a one-year contract extension for vehicle maintenance and repairs with G & M Automotive Center, Inc. and increase the contract for $325,000 for a new not-to-exceed amount of $625,000. 22-449
  22. 6. Recommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council authorize the City Manager to enter into an agreement with Victorville Chevrolet Cadillac for the purchase of one (1) 2026 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 service truck in the not-to-exceed amount of $66,488. 22-462

Recommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council/Board receive this report on the City of Hesperia's proposed staffing for Fiscal Year (FY) 2026-27 and hold a public hearing of a comprehensive overview of current job vacancies, recruitment efforts, and retention strategies as required by California Assembly Bill 2561. 22-377
